No luck with eye cream --- I'd welcome suggestions!

I'm not having luck with eye creams lately. I seem to be getting more and more fine lines and my current cream does not seem enough. Still dry and lined after use.

If I use a heavier cream, then I seem to get milia.

I cannot use a product with fragrance so that limits me.

Also, retonoids, etc., make my under eye peel and burn, so can't do them either.

Is there anything anyone can suggest?

I was using L'oreal Revitalift but the retoind made me peel and burn.

Stopped wasting money on eye creams. My HG cream WEN 3-19 Fragrance Free. Highly recommend.

Eye cream isn't a fix all. Just because you use eye cream surely doesn't dictate that you won't ever get fine lines. I prefer Clinique and it works well on me but doesn't it get rid of every single fine line? Nope.

I understand this problem, so I usually skip eye cream.

I tried the Josie Maran on a whim, as I was having good results with her unscented products. A272764. It's a light texture so no milia. I have been using it for three weeks and I was eh, well, another miss until I looked in the mirror. The fine lines around my eyes (cheekbones, crows feet) were really diminished quite a bit. Ok! This looks like a winner.

I can only use Clinique's All About Eyes. Everything else irritates my eyes or gives me milia.

Shiseido Benefiance eye cream, or Bio Performance serum are really very good. I just ordered Consult Beaute eye cream, but have not recieved it yet, so I'll post back on that. Mad Hippie is another one many give good reviews, but I have not tried that one yet. Shiseido always always does the job for me..but pricey stuff! Hated the White Lucent and Ibuki line, so don't bother with those.

I don't like spending alot on eye creams, to me they only work slightly. I like Origins eye cream the one that has caffeine in it, white tube with orange lettering it seems to work good for me.

Mario Badescu has great eye creams. I get them at Ulta, there are a number of formulations for different skin types. Reasonable prices too!

Cerave makes a nice unscented eye cream that isn't heavy and has good ingredients. Nice price point.

I wish I had liked it, but it just wasn't moisturizing enough for me.

that's a good one (the Clinique) but I didn't find it as moisturizing as I'd like. However, as you remarked, it is mild and not irritating. One of the better ones out there.

I'd been using DHC concentrated eye moisturizer, but the Maran seems more effective. Also I don't get the puffiness from it--if your cream is too "occlusive", it traps water under the skin and you get those puffs. The Clinique doesn't do that much.

The only product that works under my eyes or on my face is the original Creme De La Mer. It works. Worth every cent. Get a sample and have the sales associate show you how to apply.

Im 56 and have been using Renuvaderm eye cream for the last 18 mos. Haven't found anything better and have tried most everything - high end and drug store. My crows feet are better now than they were years ago. It is worth it to try. Order it from Amazon though not direct from the company. If you order direct they put you on that stupid auto ship.

Which Clinique do you use? Oh, no, I don't think that. But my lines are just --- yuck. My current cream is just doing nothing.
