    <description>&lt;P&gt; I have tried Philosophy under eye concealer but recently tried Mally. I like the creaminess of it &amp;amp; how it goes on but seems like over time it looks cakey in the lines &amp;amp; wrinkles. Is there a concealer out there that goes on creamy &amp;amp; DOESN'T settle in your lines??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
