The first tip broke upon touching my skin. Then I realized it had to be sharpened manually and ended up a jagged, goopy, smeary mess. I could cry.</P> <P>Yes, I can go out and find retail waterproof eyeliners that work well. What makes me sad is I always counted on Bare Escentuals/Minerals to provide quality. There was never an order from them that I returned.</P> <P>Now I feel my confidence is shaken and I will discontinue use of these NEW products. I will try and stock up on the loose Foundation, loose eyecolor and blushes on Ebay and hoard them.
