    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142848"&gt;@cynthe﻿&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wondering &amp;nbsp;if they are showing you only what your card has actually been charged. &amp;nbsp;They don't want to show a total of items that actually have not been charged to your card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You say they don't show your total balance but they will take off charges from your easy pays if there is a problem or your return an item. &amp;nbsp;They also take off payments if you have a problem or a discount due to price drops or specials within 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a thought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a credit card with them. I want to pay my entire balance off. Their monthly statement only shows what is due for that month, not the ACTUAL TOTAL amount outstanding. I just got off the phone with one of their reps and they told me the full amount is on statement. NO IT ISN'T. I have a good idea how much I owe them, I just want the full amount to pay it entirely off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone ever paid their card off. How do you get the actual balance. I am in the process of going through all my orders and trying to figure this out myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA for any help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's crazy. &amp;nbsp;I get a paper statement from them every month, and it always shows the total balance, just like my other credit cards do. &amp;nbsp;You should be able to access your Evine credit card statement on their website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;If you access your account on-line, it will show the statement balance AND the current balance. &amp;nbsp;However any items not shipped will show as "pending" and are not included in the current balance.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a phone number on back of the credit card you could call? &amp;nbsp;Somebody at evine or their credit card company should be able to tell you the total. &amp;nbsp;If they can't, I might rethink keeping the card because they could be overcharging.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have an Evine card, but I've never heard of a credit card that doesn't show the entire balance, that sounds weird. &amp;nbsp;By chance, are these on Easy Pay orders? &amp;nbsp;That may be why you're only seeing charges specific to one month at a time. &amp;nbsp;If that's the case, you should be able to go to all of your EP orders and click off which charges you want to pay early, but I've had trouble with that feature in the past so I had to call to get them all charged in advance by having a rep physically do it for me. &amp;nbsp;Call back and tell the CS rep that you want to pay off all the easy pays now, using your credit card. &amp;nbsp;They'll charge them today/tonight and everything should be updated by tomorrow with an accurate balance to date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you everyone. I did talk to someone else who was more helpful. However, my online value pays total one amount which, of course, does not include the ones on my current bill due... then there are a few that are not on my current monthly statement, nor do they show on Evine's Value Pay Schedule? Actually there are 3 payments that are not listed on my card nor on their schedule. UGH I will go through each one myself and figure it out. Thanks again, for all the advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As much as I love many items from Evine, I am not fond of the fact that they do hard credit checks periodically on accounts. This happened to a friend of mine who was applying for a mortgage and found that Evine does hard credit checks, and not only when first applying for the card. I just don't like a credit card company unilaterally making hard checks on my credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you go to your account online and look at your value pays, you can click "EDIT" and pay now which will automatically bill in full and you can pay it off. &amp;nbsp;I tend to take the value pay at first so I don't invest a lot of money in case it's something I don't want (which is rare), but then I pay it off in full so I don't have all that hanging around. &amp;nbsp;Hope that helps a little. &amp;nbsp;You may not get it all taken care of right away. &amp;nbsp;It may take till the next billing cycle to show the items you've chosen to pay off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At Evine go to My Account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then under Popular Topics choose 'view or modify my Value Pay orders'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then click on view/edit open value pay schedule.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That will list All your value pays and it has a &lt;STRONG&gt;total&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;at the bottom of the list. Is that what you are looking for?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just wish Evine wouldn't always have the 6 VP's on everything (or no VP's) as the choice. &amp;nbsp;If an item is say $50, you may like to have 2 installments of $25, but who wants to make 6 payments of less than $10? &amp;nbsp;I would only want 6 payments if it was a very pricey item, and then, I probably shouldn't be buying it anyway!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, I had a CS agent from Evine attempt to consolidate all my value pays to my balance. In doing so my account got FLAGGED! WHAT! He said not all of them would transfer (they should, all on Evine's card) and now my card is flagged! WTF! He transferred me to Synchrony Bank to find out what's going on. I get transferred and disconnected. Tried calling back and the line is busy, busy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; pay the New Balance every month. Have never paid a penny interest andNOW &amp;nbsp;my account is flagged! I am so not having a good time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After going back and forth, I think things are finally being straightened out. I am aware of being able to pay off the value pays one by one. What I wanted to do was make one payment from my bank account (not put on another credit card) for all outstanding amounts owed to Evine. It isn't a huge amount and I am no where near my credit limit with Evine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Synchrony Bank flagged my account when one of the CS reps started to singularly transfer them to my balance. That has been taken care of.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the future, I will either pay in full or use another credit card. I just don't like this banks practices. But that's just me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again for all your advice!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
