IT - PARTNER WITH PLASTIC SURGERY OR SURGEONS?

It great selling point is that they partner with plastic surgery or surgeons. But we never hear anything else. In what way do they partner with the surgeons that help us? Does it mean they ask a surgeon if IT is a good anti agent? I don't know. Maybe Jamie has said more and I've missed it.

When the Vionic man has the support of Dr. Weil, I understand that endorsement. Dr. Weil is a great health and wellness doctor who doesn't endorse every fly by night shoe, like for instance Dr. Oz does.

Is this an honest, credible and reliable selling point for Jamie to give women confidence, or is it just an endorsement anyone might use with no name and get false benefits?

Personally, I think it's meaningless. I think most physician endorsements are meaningless. It just means the doc is making some more money.....another revenue stream for him or her.

I think it would mean more if she'd partner with dermatologists. They know more about what our skin needs. Maybe she wouldn't use so many unnecessary fragrant ingredients then.

I think Jamie should just drop that until she can name names and give information on the help. Hopefully, there is still and yet some legal truth in selling.

A name may be meaningless to some but at least it has a human being endorsee and not just someone's lie!

What do plastic surgeons and makeup have in common. I worked with them and they think its toxic. Dermablend is basically the only product that has 100% coverage, waterproof, good for skin and recommended by plastic surgeons. Its been around for over 20 yrs. I used it during phases of cystic acne. It's amazing. It was developed by physicians not sure if they were dermatologists but definitely will make you shocked.

I agree with you Red. The implied partnership is that Jamie's development team includes plastic surgeons which I put in the category of so what. She doesn't mention names, so it isn't the same type of relationship Vionic has with Dr. Weil (which is strictly for marketing and not product design and development). That said, since having doctors as consultants in product development and testing is quite common in the industry, pushing that as a selling point to separate IT from everyone else seems pointless to me.
