topic ULTA Returns...Anyone had problems? in Beauty

Has anyone else encountered an attitude by ULTA associates when returning something? It's almost like they resent that people take advantage of their return policy. I seldom make returns, but recently went to return a couple items from a website order. I brought the paperwork that was sent with the order. I was asked if I had the original confirmation email that was sent when I originally placed the order. She said that was the only way she would know how I paid. Obviously since I ordered online it wasn't with cash. I had my credit card with me as well as my driver's license. I told her I didn't recall seeing that an email was necessary in any return instructions. I felt like she was just busting my chops.

I have another item I would like to exchange there, but I am hesitant to go in because of the grief. Sometimes I think I should stick with Sephora. Half the time Ulta doesn't even have the items they advertise in their ads. Poor inventory control!
