    <description>&lt;P&gt;I drove 45 min. to get Big Lots to get the Philosophy make up for $3. I bought two pretty pink powders for the face. One came with a plastic cover and the other did not and I could tell someone touched it.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I really don't want to drive 45 min. back to exchange a $3 blush. Do you think it is safe to just wipe out the top layer of powder. I worry about getting MRSA. Am I paranoid? What do you think? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
