So...I've used an eyelash curler for more years than I care to mention. Now that I have celebrated a milestone birthday I really, really am trying to do the best things for my looks and my health. My lashes are shorter and sparser, but I can't seem to get past the eyelash curler, even though it feels harsh on my lashes and I've even lost a few! I saw Doris Dalton's mascara, she claims she has not had to use an eyelash curler since she has used the mascara. A lady at the Clinique counter assured me I didn't need to use an eyelash curler, she put some mascara on me and I was surprised, my lashes did seem more noticeable after she applied it. I bought the mascara and can't figure out what I was doing wrong, my lashes were stick straight after I applied the mascara!

Can any mascara actually curl the lashes? I haven't tried false ones yet...anybody else in this boat? My lashes are so straight and my eyes are so small that I really want my lashes to show!
