topic Obagi Nu Derm in Beauty

I have some hyperpigmentation issues and have been watching YT videos about the Obagi Nu Derm System. I looks very promising, but very pricey and then to top it off, you need a rx to get the 2 parts of the system that actually work. Does anyone know where I can find this w/o going to a derm? I found it on Amazon, but sounds a little too good to be true.
