    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="3" color="#800000"&gt;How soon do you think the body lotion would turn rancid? &amp;nbsp;Perhaps rancid is too strong a word to use for the off smell I've noticed lately.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="3" color="#800000"&gt;I date every beauty item I purchase with a permanent marker on the bottom. &amp;nbsp;This particular container of Pure Grace was first used on June 14, 2014. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Dana has mentioned that the shelf life of philosophy items is 2 years. &amp;nbsp;Is this&lt;EM&gt; before&lt;/EM&gt; it is opened?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="3" color="#800000"&gt;I'm down to about 1/4 container and continue to use it. &amp;nbsp;It doesn't have a funky smell on my body. &amp;nbsp;Since we're now in winter, I would prefer to use Tova Nights more often, but don't want the PG to go to waste.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="trebuchet ms,geneva" size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Your thoughts/experience with this issue?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think all bets are off once any container is opened.&amp;nbsp; I also think I've been able to use up almost any lotion/cream product I'ver ever had - although I sometimes end up creaming my legs with products I bought for my upper body.&amp;nbsp; Been doing that for at least 40 years now;&amp;nbsp; I don't think I've done any damage to myself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it'd be fine to use something else over the winter. I had a pure grace whipped lotion that sat in my closet for about &amp;nbsp;a year and a half and it had been opened and still smelled great just the other day when I re-discovered it ha!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
