I went in yesterday to get some dry shampoo, I was just looking at the BE shadows and a woman came in looking for a product in loose minerals....

The sales rep told her they were in the process of converting the entire line to pressed...the woman asked her why, she said because they were having issues from people getting sick from inhaling all the loose powder and it was a health issue.

"I thought to myself, that's got to be a crock"....anyway the woman said oh no that sounds scary, the rep then said well you would have had to of used it for a long time like 5 years before it would be anything to worry about.

I thought I'd heard Leslie say she was still going to keep her loose mineral products and offer both.

I've never taken the sales rep's at their word at this Ulta before....but the woman didn't find what she wanted and left....did I miss something about the BE line, or was this sales person just wrong ? I thik she was out of line by talking about the health issue..IMO

deja vu
