IT November TSV

Checking in to see what people think about the IT TSV. Did you keep it or send it back? Does anyone use the foundation with a liquid foundation on days they need more coverage? Also has anyone ever had a problem with the undereye concealer? My eyeliner and mascara are giving me a tough time and I am thinking it may be the concealer.

I am keeping the IT tsv. I recently gave up liquid foundations, a lifelong choice, after trying a previous IT tsv. The foundation in that tsv was celebration foundation with spf - without the illumination. I loved it immediately. The new tsv foundation is every bit as wonderful.

Similarly, the under eye concealer is the best concealer I have ever owned. It can easily cover those nasty forehead age spots in seconds. Worth it for that alone - but also does a good job with broken capillaries and redness around the nose.

The lip product is very moisturizing and will be used alot this winter. The eyebrow pencil reminds me of of ybf pencil and works for me. The brush is nice (prefer the 2 sided brush that came with my previous tsv). I'm not a big mascara person, so that's the only product I won't use much.

I kept mine. I have oily skin and powder foundations work well for me. I purchased this thinking I could just apply it and go for a quick morning foundation to even my skin tone, which it does. I put it on, concealer isn't needed because of the coverage for me without acne but with redness, put the lip on and use the lip for blush on the cheeks and eyes, mascara and out the door. I don't usually wear makeup at all to work, so this is a nice quick routine for me at 4:45 in the morning. Wear I work, appearances do not matter and the A/C was broke this summer, so I sweated anything off anyway, so wearing nothing wasn't an issue. This kit makes me more presentable for a meeting or conference without a pile of makeup or lots of steps.

I'm going to keep it. I love the brush and the rest of the pieces are acceptable, not great. I wear liquid foundation and this powder foundation is not enough coverage for me, but I put it over my liquid for nice finish. I have very dark eye circles and the BBUE is not a miracle worker, but ok. It's a layering process for me. The lipstick, brow and mascara are still sitting in the boxes. Now I'm second guessing my plan to keep it...

Sent mine back. The foundation was very cakey on me. Maybe because I have very dry skin - it just didn't work for me. I tried MULTIPLE ways but just wasn't happy with it. I did however LOVE the CC sample they included and ended sending this set backand getting a super sized CC instead. I did really like the brow pencil though. The concealer seemed like it would be ok but mine was really dried out. I had to squeeze REALLY hard to get it to come out and it didn't blend well. I would try the concealer again. Wanted to love this set because its such a great deal - and the brush was awesome - but I could't justify it after havng such great results with the CC - I wanted that instead!

I do like the concealer and that was my reason for purchasing. I love the mascara brush but the mascara does give me racoon eyes so I have to be careful. I am trying to like the foundation but I am having trouble applying it evenly. I am keeping it but not sure if i would purchase it again.

I'm returning it. Wore the foundation (in light) yesterday, and my co-worked said I looked nice and TAN!!! That did it. Plus the concealer is so heavy and dry. The only thing I liked was the lipstick, but that's not enough to keep everything.

That concealer always makes my mascara smudge under my eyes. I don't like that concealer at all. The more often I used it, the worse it was. it's just too creamy--I like creamy-that one is too creamy.

I have tried so many combonations and switched eyeliner and mascara but i think the concealer is making my eyeliner and mascara run! I used an older pot of Bobbie brown concealer and my eye makeup was fine. Ugh! May just use to even out my skin on those blotchy days.
