I noticed Sephora no longer has return postage labels?

Maybe it's just me lol but I will be printing them out now as none are in the package anymore. Sorry if this is old news but this is new to me since

I buy from them often.

I am a frequent Sephora online shopper and noticed the same thing in my last order. This is probably a way to deter customers from making easy returns. I didn't have a printer and needed to return an item, and I had to go to a nearby office supply store to print the label.This creates an extra step for customers, and some will not bother. I noticed Zappos does the same thing.

@Tantallum yes you can.

I never noticed they stopped doing that but I've only ordered twice this year and I've only returned items in store in the past so never really needed a return label.

I have only had two defective products from them over the years. Both times they replaced the item and told me to just keep the bad one, part of a kit. Can't beat that. I never return for color, I figure that's on me.

Yes, you can. However, you can't return to a Sephora located inside of JC Penney.

Actually, the Q has. I rarely return things but had to return a pair of boots last week. I had to print out my own label. Ugh.

I don't know what the circumstances are when this happens. But I have received packages from QVC, Sephora, Nordstrom, Acacia and a few others that do not include return label. It is usually because the either the product was sent directly from vendor, a storefront, or it was just forgotten. You have to call, print it up yourself. I hate it when that happens. I don't have to return often with Amazon, but I always have to print my own label.

With QVC, if shoes or handbags come from a vendor... I always have to print a label. BTW, I quit buying shoes from QVC. They never fit. I could buy the same pair from Nordstrom, and the Clarks, Earthies and such from QVC fit differently. JMHO
