LOL and some are like me and have it both ways: one minute I'm on the Pilates taking care of myself and the next I'm letting go with a plate full of pizza and chips. I have a lot of respect for Lisa R for her dedication to her fitness routine.

...that she wants YOU and everyone else who doesn't actually know her to know about. The way people assume they know these salespersons on television is unreal. She has done an awesome job of protecting her private self and unfortunately probably learned her lessons when she was stalked.

After all the controversy about him last year, she posted that she would no longer post about him or what they were doing. She hasn't mentioned him since then. So status is unknown.

Looking good is an important part of her job description. She makes her living by getting paid to look her best. That's not the same as having a problem with body image.

I took my dog to the vet this morning and the receptionist and I were chatting. She told me her daughter was being bullied at school because of her good looks. Then, my Vet came to get me & the dog, so I wasn't able to finish the conversation.. I'm so sorry I didn't get to tell her she must warn her daughter about JEALOUSY.

Jealousy and envy are ugly emotions. They diminish the person who's having them and they make the surrounding atmosphere toxic. There is a REASON that the 10th Commandment is "do not covet." It's so toxic, it's in the 10 Commandments!

It makes you seem smaller, Envy makes you unhappy about yourself and your situation.

The opposite to ENVY is gratitude and appreciation.

Gratitude for what you do have, even if it's modest. Would you change your problems for someone else's? I wouldn't and I had huge ones.. Huge. But I wouldn't switch.

And Appreciation makes you make someone else feel happy and wanted. It's kind of like gratitude but given to someone else. A real gift.

So....here's the Lisa thing for me. I don't watch much TV but I appreciated her fashion sense, her good looks and sense of humor. I'd love to know her as a person--she's fun and she has a background in music, which I love. She's no lightweight. She's successful.

I APPRECIATE she was on QVC when she was. Her fashion discussions helped me and I'm kind of a fashion dunce--as I never fit normal off the rack clothes my entire life as I'm very tall. But listening to what's fashionable from her did help, even if I can't wear the same things. It helped me create a better look. GRATEFUL.

Try it! Try being grateful for something and appreciate someone. You'll feel GREAT. I promise.

Lisa R. has won a beauty contest in her life time. She's extremely pretty but hey, when you got it, take care of it, I always say. She's a lovely person inside too.

I do think that all who think those who dislike LR is b/c they're "jealous" of her are completely mistaken. Reasons have been given for years that have nothing to do with jealousy.
