Jeunesse Instantly Ageless disappointment

at 64, undereye bags are my biggest issue. I bought Jeunesse Instantly Ageless to use occasionally when I'm going out and my puffiness is especially bad. I have moistened my fingers to apply the product, as advised by the seller. I have used water, serum and even a dab of moisturizer with it but no matter what it becomes a dry, sometimes powdery or flaky film when it dries. I've also applied it before makeup, and over makeup with the same results.

it flattens out the puffiness OK, but really not as well as I hoped. has anyone else here had better results? I've watched Youtube videos and I've asked the seller for advice but haven't seen or heard anything that would change the outcome.

is there some secret to application that would make a difference?

thank you for your replies @mimi5775 and @jlkz. I know that surgery would be the ultimate answer to this issue, but I was just hoping for a little advice from anyone who may have perfected the application of this product for a temporary fix.

have a beautiful Monday!
