Jeunesse Instantly Ageless disappointment

at 64, undereye bags are my biggest issue. I bought Jeunesse Instantly Ageless to use occasionally when I'm going out and my puffiness is especially bad. I have moistened my fingers to apply the product, as advised by the seller. I have used water, serum and even a dab of moisturizer with it but no matter what it becomes a dry, sometimes powdery or flaky film when it dries. I've also applied it before makeup, and over makeup with the same results.

it flattens out the puffiness OK, but really not as well as I hoped. has anyone else here had better results? I've watched Youtube videos and I've asked the seller for advice but haven't seen or heard anything that would change the outcome.

is there some secret to application that would make a difference?

Makeup doesn't make magic despite all the hype...if you really want to have smooth under eyes, there's only one answer: eyelid surgery. Had it done in 1996 and it still looks great: no one can see any lines / scars. All I use is a light concealer and mascara. I am 70 now.

it is an investment: So save a lot of time, money and frustration if you can. One word of caution, it's usually a good idea to get both top and bottom eyelids done at the same time. Folks who don't usually see the difference and go back for the other portion.

Totally agree with @jlkz. These quick fixes are a joke! Think of PTR's eye fix "stuff" and others that you pat on then it flakes off or when you smile it's like egg whites and cracks.

I'm nearly 59 have fine liner under my eyes and see now I have slight hollowing beneath which can all be remedied by a good Dr., the fat pads can be slightly removed @MariotaMurielle, then the prob is done! Also a laser a mild one to tighten can be done after. My bff had this done same age as me) and you can't see anythig but younger eyes! I am next in line for this...and I am worse off then her having thin skin and just more fine lines. She went to someone is Miami and darn if I will go too one day near future! She also had an upper bleph and they removed a tad of extra skin aka hooding. I know many who get this done.. it's sooo common. Meanwhile use a light cream, nothing heavy and lay off salt before bed to keep the bags in check no pun! thank you for your replies @mimi5775 and @jlkz. I know that surgery would be the ultimate answer to this issue, but I was just hoping for a little advice from anyone who may have perfected the application of this product for a temporary fix.
