I am 66 yr old and have been wearing L'Oreal true match foundation for a few years now. They have a lot of colors and they are actually marked w for warm , c for cool tones and n for neutral. There is liquid foundation and mineral powder foundation. It is matte - which is to say it doesn't have that glittery stuff in it that so much MU has these days. Allow yourself a little time as there are a lot of colors to look at to get that perfect match. Once you do - they are numbered so you can always get the same one again -or choose the same color in both the liquid and the powder. They also have a fabulous concealer. Good luck.

I'm looking for a reasonably priced foundation for my over 60 skin. Fortunately, I have pretty good skin with not too many lines or wrinkles. I'd like something with coverage that doesn't look cake or mask-like, not too oily but definitely not matte (maybe dewy would be a better description). I've tried many from the Q like Tarte, Bare Escentuals, and haven't found one that I really like enough to repeat--especially since the cost of those is usually $35 plus. I also have an issue with color as I have a warm/light complexion but most in this category are too yellow. Any suggestions?

I really like the L'oreal Visible Lift Blur Foundation. I wear the Nude Beige color and have a light warm beige skin tone. I think the L'oreal True Match is another nice option as well.

According to Allure Magazine the two top drug store brands are Maybelline and Covergirl. However I happen to like Lorea tool. I have used products from all three of three of these companies, espscially Maybelline. I would take a look on Beautypedia.com and get some reviews on foundations from these companies. If I am not mistaken Covergirl has an excellent ant-aging foundation. Maybelline is coming out with some great and highly rated products almost monthly. Loreal at one time was own by Lancome but I'm not sure if it still is since cosmetic companies are being sold constantly. To make it easy on your self since drug stores don't have testers, if you can stop by a department store to see what shade of foudation you need if you don't know.....people do this all the time. Finally don't ever be afraid to return a makeup product no matter where you buy it since pennies count in todays world!!

Good Luck, HTH!
