Ahhhh Laura!

What a beautiful kit!

I just received the recent Italian Garden TSV. I am so excited! I had to wash my face when I got home and apply everything!

On my hand the Baked Liquid Radiance Foundation seemed too light, but it was pretty darn good on my face! The application brush helps it go on nicely!

The eyeshadow is BEAUTIFUL!! Do you remember when Lisa used to tout that DuWop Amber Eyes that was kind of pricey and I always wanted - it was supposed to be great on green eyes... Well the big leaf in this eyeshadow palette is a dupe for that! Wow, my eyes looked so pretty with this on! I used that color on the lid, contoured with the dark brown, highlighted with the vanilla, and used the green under my eye with a thin line - using the eyeshadow brush that came with the kit. I was bummed that the eyeshadow end of the brush was mushed out of shape by the packaging.

Mascara and eyeliner are great! As they say, brown eyeliner is a much kinder look as you age. Very soft and pretty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lipstain. Worried that it would be too bright of a reddish pink, but it was very pretty on, and the stain lasted. I don't think the color is the PERFECT match for the eyeshadows, but I'm too matchy-matchy for my own good.

I'm glad I got this on auto-delivery. Just hope none of the future shipments are blue/silver eyeshadows. I like to play with eyeshadows, but I feel like blues are just one color I just can't do.

Oh, and the packaging is so cute! Comes in a wooden crate looking box, like it would have small bottles of liquor in it. Nice keepsake box.

This makes me want that eyeshadow palette even more! I've been checking Ebay but those fools want $29 or more (one is asking for $41!) for them and I'm like no way, I know how much you paid for the whole kit. I think Laura will eventually have it on her website since she's had all her other kits on there eventually and I will probably pick it up then. Those shadows do look really pretty!

Glad you are enjoying your kit! Yes, I totally remember the DuWop trio that Lisa loved! The ADs pics are posted. There are blues and silvers, so you may want to have a look at those.

I am SO glad I gave in and ordered this kit as well! I needed it like another hole in my head but I caved.

The eyeshadows are fantastic! I have very dark brown eyes and they work well for me too. The green is incredible! The shadow alone was worth it!

I had the foundation previously and liked it...but went w/ a darker shade this time. Now I am set for summer and winter.

I am surprised how much I like the lip stain. I too, thought it would be too dark, but it is beautiful and DOES really last.

I have hopes for the blue and grey kits too! I wear a lot of cobalt blue clothing and never know what colors to use on my eyes as I typically never get a 'blue' to work.

This kit is a winner!

I was able to get the eyeshadow kit on Ebay for $19. I received it yesterday and I am in love with it. The colors go on like silk. I had also ordered from QVC BareMinerals Dream Come True Ready Eyeshadow. I couldn't send it back quick enough. The colors were so faint and glittery. I just love LG's kit so much.

IMHO the pallete is a mix.

For me, the white/ivory highlighter has a faint bit of shimmer.

The golden bronze is a definite shimmer, NOT sparkly, glittery but a sheen. Really wakes my eye up! Love it and I prefer mattes!

The dark green and dark brown are truly matte.

That is how the 4 colors appear on my eyes. Others may have a different opinion.
