I can not for the life of me figure out how to sharpen or get more product from this pencil. I can't believe that I can't figure this out. I tried to twist the pencil but nothing happen,no new product comes out the end. So I tried to put it in a brow pencil sharpener and I ruined the sharpener and I think the pencil. So I have no clue how to get more product out of this pencil. I have read the package that the pencil came in but there are no directions how to sharpen or how to get more product out. Does any one have this pencil? Maybe I got a defective one...not sure.
