      <description>&lt;P&gt;Typically, retinol is much weaker than prescription Retin-A to begin with. &amp;nbsp;If it's expired, I doubt it would be effective at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For me it is an incentive not to buy too much and use what I have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
