topic Who Else Received The OFFENSIVE Email From QVC In Regards To WEN Pomegranate AD??? in Beauty

I am totally appalled by QVC's lack of ethics these days...I place my advanced order for the Wen Pomegranate AD with the advance price of $25.82 and the offer of paying shipping and handling only on the first order...the rest of the shipments being free shipping...Now I get an email saying that QVC apologizes but they made a mistake and now I'll be charged shipping on the rest of the orders but of course I have the option of canceling the AD...How is it that QVC sees fit to change an agreement in midstream? Will the next email tell me that they now want to change the advance order price? I thought that the AD program was kind of a "contract"...locking in to certain terms at the time of purchase...Well...apparently it doesn't work that way for QVC...

I would suggest that someone in Mr. McDermott's office needs to take a course on ethics...
