    <description>&lt;P&gt;Watching the Philosophy program and noticed that a number of items were only $4.00 off of the regular price (not counting the big sets of stuff which still aren't that discounted compared to other brands). That isn't much of a deal in my book considering you're paying a good penny for the shipping and handling. You would think they would offer better deals for their 16th anniversary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
