Favorite liquid foundation?

I got samples of Lancome's Teint Visionaire and photogenic lumessence, both of which are nice. I have heard really good things about Chanel's vitalumiere Aqua as well. Any thoughts? I'm no spring chicken but have pretty nice skin so I want coverage but not too heavy. All thoughts welcome!

I just tried samples of Paulas Choice Best Face Forward Foundation and really like it. It says its for normal to oily skin. Mine is normal to dry but it looks just like skin it doesn't even look like your wearing foundation. Just beautiful skin.

This is one of the only PC's products that I did not like at all. I could not find a good color match and I found it drying.

I like light with some coverage too and do like the Lancôme. But I also really love the Dior Skin Nude. Also older with decent skin that needs a bit of evening out. If you would like a powder to go with either try the Dior Nude in silver compact. I use a feathered brush with it and get a perfect finish. Not so drying as most powders and though pricey, mine lasts a long time.

I love Clarins everlasting foundation. You may like their skin illusion foundation. I think its a lighter foundation than everladting.

Peter Thomas Roth's foundation, with his primer, is beautiful, goes on smoothly, feels good and is good for my skin, and it has light coverage, although I believe you could build it if you wanted to.

Bare Minerals Serum Foundation

Skinn Serum Foundation

Can't go wrong with using any of these products.

I'll chime in on the lower end of the $$ scale - both Cover Girl Outlast 3-in-1 foundation and Maybelline's Fit Me are outstanding products. You can get almost full coverage from both but they can also be sheered out. Neither of them has an SPF that's worth a darn so start with that first, but I don't see a reason to spend more.

BTW, I've got combo skin with redness and some hyperpigmentation to cover...not perfect skin by a long shot.

Love Clinique Repair Wear. Light weight with minimum coverage. I wear #3, "no color". Not overly blue or yellow. Perfect!

Same here and I have tried so many of the high end lines as well as a lot mentioned here but always go back to

Cover Girl & Olay Tone Rehab 2 in 1 foundation. I love this stuff. It makes me look the most natural, is buildable and has the oil of olay serum in it. It is good for the skin. My face feels and looks the best wearing this. I have dry skin but since using this it isn't overly dry like it use to be. I am fair but wear this in 142 medium beige, comes in 2 or 3 colors. It is serum and foundation( 2 in 1). This will give you a nice even coverage, love this stuff.

I like the one that starts out white ""matchmaker"" and also the one that Doris Dalton has. I wear medium in both. Sometimes I add balance and brighten if it needs less shine.

I have tried many (Clinique, Estee Lauder, Lancôme, Loreal) and for the past couple of years using Boots No. 7 Protect and Perfect in Cool Beige. I get it from Target for $14.99.

For the price, you may want to try it. There are several different formulas and color choices minimal and I like that the Cool Beige seems to work all year round.
