Can Balance and Brighten be used wet? If it is used wet, can it be used dry again with the same results as it did originally? I ask this because some makeup products don't apply the same once they have been wettened.

I tried that with MAC Mineralize Skin Finish, and it was a big, gloppy mess. If you do try it, use a dry brush and then spray the brush before you put it on your face, or put it on your face dry and then spritz and use your brush. Don't in any way get the "cake" of the product wet. I had to scrape 1/4 of my MAC Mineralize Skin Finish off for it to be OK to use again, the top was like concrete. What was on my face was pretty much like that as well. I used only a very lightly damp sponge.

I realize these are two different products, but they are similar enough that I think the results are likely to be the same. I don't think either product was designed to be used wet such as some powder foundations are. Use caution if you attempt this.

CeeCee

I would think not if you plan to use it all over. Because it is color-correcting, it has swirls of different colors and when picked up dry blurs "issues" like redness. I would imagine that applying it wet it would be touch and go which colors you pick up and may get deposited in only certain areas of your face - or may look muddy. I think that is why Laura demonstrates how you can focus on a color and use it as eye shadow or liner - for this, wet would work fine IMHO.
