topic Advice on Volumizer in Beauty

Hi all! I ordered the SAM volumizer from GR. The instructions were not very clear. They basically states (parphrase) cleanse as usual, spray 12in away. It does not state wet or dry. I sprayed it on my wet hair this morning. When I blow dried my hair, it was like running the brush through wet hairspray. I managed to get it dried and styled with a paddle brush. It looks ok, but it is not shiny like a usual Wen day. Any advice? Thanks!
