topic How much are you supposed to tip a masseuse? in Beauty

I go all the time and I think I have been way over-tipping. I started with the owner, but now she has other therapists also so I know they do not make anything close to what the owner makes. Of course, they have no overhead. I tip 20.00 per massage but I think some think the cost of the massage is enough i.e. 50.00 hour or 80.00 for 90 minutes. I am now using another type of therapist and she works out of her house. Here rate is 40% less than what the chiropractor charges for her services 40 vs 60. I want to be fair with her, but I don't know what is right. I plan on using her once a month. Any massage therapists care to comment?
