    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I have a 32 oz microdelivery wash - purchased as part of a set from last year's TSV.  The bottle has been open since this past summer and is more than 1/2 full and there are no beads left.  I have shaken this bottle many times - there are no beads.  I called Philosophy's customer service yesterday. They had me read the code printed on the bottom of the bottle and said that it was a fresh bottle.  Customer Service offered to replace the unused portion of the bottle if I mail the bottle to them.  It stinks that I have to pay to ship this to them - but at least I'll get this replaced.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Just wanted to mention this because I know I've read on these boards that other people are having similar problems with their microdelivery wash.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I didn't buy the last philosophy tsv.  I'm noticing a decline in these products.  I'm not sure if the problem is Coty or if the large size bottles are a problem.  I am really debating on dropping this line.  it's too bad - I've been using philosophy since 2002.  The last fragrance tsv I received was the Amazing Grace 3 piece set. The shower gel doesn't bubble well and the fragrance spray smells of alchohol - I can hardly smell amazing grace.  The lotion seems great.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
