Can't access the Program Guide, just bombs out with an error page. Nice. And the "party" hasn't even started yet. Just wait for the real traffic later tonight. Should make for a lot of frustration.

Their computer system has always been second rate. Back in the days when Renato Watches were so popular and they had one as a TS, they'd melt down.

I couldn't register using my iPad1 so I sent them an email, via their link to customer service. The reply I got was "Call during business hours." I'm not going to bother.

I signed up for e mails and was supposed to get 10%off on a purchase. I called to 8rder something and they said I needed a coupon code. But they did not send any coupon code so I unsubscribed to their emails.

I just tried to watch it live and got the error message....I don't receive that station on my cable so if I can't watch it online...then I won't bother going back...

ITA sunshine. Any time I get errors like that on a website that's the first thing I do. It happened here on Q a couple of days ago.

No, I tried that. Program Guide still errors out. Oh well, no big deal. They've always had site issues so I should be used to it by now. I just thought they'd focus on it more for the big launch.

I hadn't been able to stream. Once "the party" started, it was normal. Their web site has always been shaky anyway.
