I ordered two pairs of the TSV (Clarks) for my mom, and another pair of a different Clarks style in the same show.

Maribeth mentioned that if you order more than one pair, be sure to put them in the same order to get discount. That did not happen, so I called CS and they said they no longer do that with the new S and H policy. I suggested that she inform the hosts, and she just sent a feeback message.

I was wondering about this. Not because I saw the presentation but I thought gee they have been saying the spiel about discounted shipping for so long, I wonder if they will mess up and keep saying it sometimes, which could create all kinds of problems with customers. However, if you go to place your order and see it isn't being discounted and they had said onair that it would be, I probably would have called CS before I submitted my order to find out why it wasn't discounting the second one due to what the host said.

Lol, they neec to retrain the hosts. I also believe Q should honor what the hosts promote.
