HappyDaze & suzyQ3 - I'm not thinking of ordering from this website at the moment, too good to be true pricing. I thought, since they're based in WA state, our NW ladies may have heard of them.

Thank you!

Becca zinc oxide sunscreen

It seems my initial thread disappeared so am posting again.

As you all know of my search for a non-drying, high-zinc sunscreen for daily use. On a whim, after seeing the name on the Essential Day Spa high zinc list, I ordered Becca Mineral Tint SPF 30+ Sunscreen from Amazon with "medium" shade available on Prime.

I received it yesterday. On the EDS site it's listed as 17% zinc oxide, but on the actual box and tube I received it's listed as 20% zo. Super!! I applied it to the back of my hand for a skin test. No reaction. Applied to my face today in place of my moisturizer. Great news! No reaction and not super drying. I wore it all day and up til now (a bit after 1am). I'm still happy with it. It's definitely not drying, but I'd still like a wee bit more moisture. So, tomorrow I'm going to use the Creme Reverse first, then the Becca's.

I had ordered from Amazon for the free/2 day shipping for $17, but after surfing around online I came upon a site called, All Cosmetics Wholesale (based in WA), where they sell the Becca's sunscreen 2 tubes for $9.99. That's beyond a good deal. Has anyone heard of this company?

I haven't heard of it but am also always on the lookout for a good zinc based sunscreen. Please let us know if you like it after you use it.

I'd be very wary of that site, F1wilder -- no contact number, no guarantee of freshness (from their FAQs), and essentially no return policy.

I would be a little careful about that site too, F1. Sometimes saving a few bucks isn't worth it if you get an expired or fake product and I know how important skin protection is for you (and should be for all of us).
