      <title>Refreshing hardened powder pallettes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We all have those powder pallettes that we don't use everyday.  Recently I went to use one of mally's blush kits and it was hard as a rock.  Has anyone had this problem and how did you solve it.  She no longer makes this palette and I really don't want to reinvest in another one of her kits if this is the nature of the beast.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I saw if you put on a piece of scotch tape and then removed it, it would remove the dried out layer.  Hot and Flash has a Youtube video on this, and I think this is what she thought was the best.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
