Both bottles have two large indentations. They look awful. <BR /> <BR /> I am a WEN consumer who loves the cleansing conditioner. In the past I have received a couple of other bottles (in a TSV from QVC) that were dented but I thought they were anomalies. They were not. The product is not inexpensive, but even if it were it should arrive in pristine condition. I am sure Chaz doesn’t want his WEN to look like it came out of a drugstore bin.<BR /> <BR /> Chaz and QVC, please look into your packaging and/or shipping method.
