Josie's Color Stick

Anyone else have trouble with your color sticks drying out on top. I guess I am surprised that they would dry out with all this argan oil in the sticks. Anyone? These are part of my stash that I am trying to use up. I have been using it on my cheeks and lips when I go out to walk.

I've had no drying - I'm sure mine are old enough to toss, but they have no off-odor, so I just use them.

I just don't care for the JM color sticks..smell odd to me and I don't like the consistency.

I am hooked on the Laura Geller sticks and love the "rose" shade.

Yes. I have three and one of them dried on the top. I tried pressing hard on my cheek and that worked, but then I just shaved off the top part and now it works fine. Not sure why the others didn't dry out and one did. I really like her color sticks. A nice sheer color. I have not tried the LG sticks Hi Cindy talked about....maybe I will try them!

I don't care for them either, I much prefer her coconut water cheek stain. I wish she wouldn't put them in so many kits.

They use Rosemary as a Natural Preservative. That is the smell. I've had issues with them drying out. I can only do the little ones. The big ones will dry out before I can use them all.

If she could fix the drying issue I'd use them more often. I can't do the Infinity Cream colors for cheeks and lips. They just disappear on me. The sticks last longer.

I don't care for them either. They have a funny smell and taste. They are too wide to apply correctly to my lips. I don't care for the sticks as a blush either.

I love Argan Oil, but I am not a fan of the color sticks. The wear does not last, they tend to pill when using on cheeks over foundation, and it feels dry when using on lips.

I've had three full-size color sticks go bad (turn silverish/grey and hard) and turn into a very ""gummy"" texture. I love all her other products however. I agree with Icmel that the color sticks don't last on the cheeks and don't feel very hydrating at all on the lips.

I had one that turned hard as a brick, and I hardly used it all. I think I will cut the top off and see if it is soft underneath. Costs too much to just toss almost new.... Should return even after 30 days!
