I fail to see why QVC ended the posting period on Dr Denese's obvious plastic surgery. We are now obviously going to question her products and wonder why she feels the need to do this when she professes how great her products are. It's a relevant topic QVC!!!

Maybe it's a good thing. Now people will realize that all that expensive stuff doesn't work and never will. Maybe that's why Dr. P doesn't show his face on QVC. Inquiring minds would know right off the bat... Do you think that the QVC customer is finally getting smart?

I don't care if she had plastic surgery. Her products work for me. I don't expect to look like I had plastic surgery. But my skin is much smoother and does help my lines and wrinkles from getting worse.

I found Dr. Denese's products to be good, nice creams and serums, but I feel the same way regarding a lot of products that are supposed to be age-related. I use to buy her products years ago when she first started selling on QVC. They're nice items, but they are not miracle creams, none of them are, not even Dr. Perricone's or Stri-Vectin's. But I do believe that moisturizing, using serums, etc. can only help the skin.

However I lost faith in her and her products as the years went by and I noticed more and more plastic surgery. I figured if she can't rely on her own products to keep her looking younger, then neither should I, and I stopped buying her products. It's a shame because she's actually advertising the non-effectiveness of her products by choosing plastic surgery, even if that's not how she feels, this is what the customer sees.

I did not see her but I think it is naive to think that any products can magically reverse or prevent aging. And to blast someone for doing the unthinkable - using all the tools available to them... What in the word is wrong with that?

I don't understand how so many people just don't understand that plastic surgery has nothing to do with skin care. Skin care can't make you look lifted, facelifts can't give you healthy complexions. The outrage over her facelifts is ludicrous, IMO. Any intelligent person knows a cream can't hoist you up.

I don't have anything against plastic surgery. More power to whomever wants to do it.

I do find it funny when people say ""She looks good"". When everyone knows she's had plastic surgery.

Of course they are going to look good. If they don't ""look good"" they'd better get their money back.

We live in an age where people can do whatever they want. I don't care what they do as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else.

Just don't drone on and on about the looking good when you know they will or should if they've had lastic surgery.

I do not get the connection between her plastic surgery and her SKIN CARE products. There is no product which will prevent the effects of gravity and loss of facial firmness and anyone who thinks there is is drinking the Kool Aid. You cannot stop the toll of time but you can slow it down and improve the texture, look and feel of your skin with a quality skin care line.
