topic Bobbi Brown Vs. Chanel Foundation? in Beauty

I am hoping someone can help me since I am so frustrated with foundation matching. This is why I went years without wearing any foundation, I could never find the right match. Someone on these boards talked about BB a while back and I decided to check out the brand. There isn't a studio nearby so I had to make a special trip. I was matched to beige in the Skin formulation. I am sure this is the perfect match because in natural light my skin looks great and has a glow, better than anything else I have tried. I have a lot of acne scarring and large pores so for my skin to glow is a big deal.

The problem is that it doesn't last and while at work I look yellow. So I have searched for something with more staying power that doesn't make me look so yellow and have been looking for close to 2 years. This is ridiculous, why is it so hard to find the right match? I have tried to change shades within the BB line and try her other formulations (I feel like I have a BB counter at home since I have so many) but none match like the beige. I found that the Estee Lauder DW light in shade 2 to match well but it is too heavy. I have tried everything but higher end brands like Chanel, Dior, etc. I have even thought about finding a pinkish finishing powder to combat the yellow but then I have the problem of the foundation fading during the day.

How does Chanel compare to BB? I have tried Estee Lauder, Lancome, MAC, Clarins, Clinique brands and several drug store brands. I know this post isn't as polarizing as the Suzanne Somers thread so I am not going to get hundreds of replies but if I could get just a few responses I will be so appreciative.
