I was wondering if anyone blended their own hair/scalp oil using essential oils and a carrier oil and if they'd share their blends. I purchased a bunch of EO's to make bath salts and thought a hair/scalp oil would be a good way to use them up. I've had good luck with a homemade tea tree jojoba oil I've made in the past. TIA and Happy Holidays!

Well, I'm not very good at what you're asking but I hear coconut oil is fast becoming popular. I would just use the Wen oils. I'm sure someone here will have a good idea.

What ratio did you use for your tea tree and jojoba oils? I have both and would love to use them on my hair. I have very dry hair that needs a lot of moisturizing. TIA

TIA

The ratio I read to use for a scalp treatment is 35 drops TT oil for every 1 ounce Jojoba oil. I made this and love it; it soaks completely into my skin and has been beneficial for my seborrheic dermatitis. HTH
