      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using it on and off since it came out.  I've always had good luck with it.  When I have a manicure with regular polish, I use the Vinylux topcoat. I seldom ever have chips in my polish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've used Vinylux for about a year - love the product. Stays on for 2 weeks without any chips. You do have to use the Vinylux top coat - it sets the polish with just the light in your room. It dries almost instantly. Where I buy it, it costs the same as OPI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
