Frankly, I've been too cheap to get my hair cut so all of a sudden it's long again. I had it short a year ago, and now it's down my back.

Ah-ha. I can let it grow and then donate it. I've donated to Locks of Love before and they required 11 inches. That last inch was always the hardest. Well, I noticed this week that it's been dropped to 10 inches.

Now before you say you'll never have 10 inches to donate, know that there's another option: Pantene's Beautiful Lengths program. I was looking at the site and noticed that they'll accept 8 inches.

A lot of people think they won't qualify as donors, but they'd be surprised to discover that their hair is perfect to donate.

So... I intend to keep growing my hair so I can donate it. I don't know how much time I have left to do it before I start going gray, so as long as I have my natural color I'm going to give it to one of these programs.
