    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a new foundation that you turn and it is an auto amount that comes up.  I pulled off the tab but it does not work.  There is another piece that looks like it should come off but there is no tab.  I hope this makes sense to someone here.  I currently dump the foundation into the lid and use from there, needless to say there is a lot of waste.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;thanks ladies&lt;/P&gt;</description>
