JM Argan Milk that is more yellow than white?

I got the JM TSV in August & I love Pure Argan Milk. I just got my 2nd shipment & both bottles are pure white. I ordered a backup bottle of the Milk from Sephora, because I go through that faster than I go through the other items in the kit. This bottle is more yellow & looks more oily than lotion. It doesn't smell any different. Is the pure white normal or do they vary?

I just received my first bottle and it's very white. Maybe your Sephora bottle came from old stock?

I have the JM milk in my bathroom cabinet, and it has been there for a few months. It is half used, because it dried my face out. It has separated, and it is no longer pure white.

There have been other threads about this. It seems perhaps it may vary by batch, perhaps a quality control issue?

Tissyanne, I'm glad to hear you say it dried your face out. It seems to make my dry skin even more dry than ever. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. It doesn't seem to irritate my skin, just dries it out to the point of flakes. I really wanted to like it.

You aren't the only one. It irritated my skin. It felt like it was burning as soon as I put it on. I had to wash it off because it didn't stop burning.

Hi Lila4now, I was surprised that it dried my face out. It made my cheeks flake. I had no irritation from it either. I plan to throw mine away, as it is breaking down and has turned yellow after just a few months. I do like her other products that I have used.

Yeah, it separates. But I do know from using it anyway it still works. Just shake it up first. I wouldn't use it if it smells bad. But if just a little off color and separates no big deal.

However, we recommend shaking the bottle well before each use to ensure the product is mixed well before each use. We made oil and water fall in love without chemical emulsifiers! But sometimes in your bottle, it may look like these lovebirds are trying to get away from each other. Shake it up to help them remember why they first fell in love.
