Can you believe it is December already, I sure can't.

Desi, the LG liners all but 2 were black based like the BB ones are. While they are nice and do work I don't like black based ones, prefer the true color it says it should be and was looking forward to that. They are very slim so easy to use but other than on the lower lash line I don't do a thin skinny line on the top, prefer a more smokey look for the top, not so harsh.

The generic version of Nexus is very good for shampoo and conditioner but after using this Suave for color treated hair I really do like it, hair feels like liquid silk and so smooth and shiny.

pepesmom, that is good, even younger than you thought although 3 is still very young. My next door neighbor had a shar pei, very nice dogs and that mix sounds good, give him a pat for me.

Doglover, hard to believe it's December already is right. Today was warm but didn't feel that warm rained most of it, and is now getting colder. Still not bad considering.

Yeah, no sense keeping the liners when more are a miss than a hit.

Think Major Crimes was new but for some reason we lost a bunch of stations for an hr and I missed all but the end. Maybe it will replay another day.

Didn't get any cyber Monday stuff, but the day isn't over.

Hope everyone else stops in and says Hi!

Same weather here but want a wintry mix for Tuesday and rain for Wednesday maybe mixing with snow?

edited to add, did you see the Mentalist, if not won't say anything but this is the last season for it if you didn't know that.

Did see Mentalist and yep, heard that too.

Same weather here. I do have a cold, not bad, but cough is the last thing my neck needs.

You should get DH's meds if they are still open, before weather prevents it.

Shame they couldn't cut you some slack on the tire - seems they always have to order them.

If anyone wants to put on ShopHQ at 8:00 PM tonight, Kathy Levine mentioned a surprise tonight. Maybe she will be a vendor or hosting?

Desi, DS went to Primo and got us hoagies for dinner before it got bad out. He got us up when he came home plus he rented Dawn of the Planet of the Apes for us to all watch while we ate our Italian hoagies. We of course were in for the whole day and night.

someone posted that shophq is going to be called Evine and wondered if that was Kathy L(Evine)? What do you think? they said they got an e mail from them saying it will be Evine and not Shophq so, what do you think?

Doglover, hope the tire came in.

That was incredibly sweet of your DS to bring dinner and a movie! You did good raising him.

Weather wasn't too cold today but rained the whole time, so didn't get my walk. Guess I can skip a day, maybe better for my cold- that's my excuse anyway.

There are many articles about ShopHQ but I didn't see any that mentioned the derivation of the new name. If you find out if the similarity to Kathy's name is a co-incidence, please share!

Watching ABC - it's new, yay!

Desi, I really don't know but someone here posted it saying she was wondering and was rumored but you know how rumors go, not all are true and so many exaggerated.

colder today than they wanted and now could have icy conditions Friday so have to wait and see.

so many of the shows are ending in December so wonder what is going to take their places. White Collar is ending and forget what all others were mentioned in the TV guide.

Seems obvious that they took her last name and dropped the L but who knows. Maybe that channel will be better, can't get a whole lot worse.

You are lucky, but so is DS to have you guys.

Sunny out now, guess I have no excuse to not walk.

There will be some new shows but they aren't on yet.

Where are the rest of you these days? It isn't just for Doglover and myself.

Desi, I was wondering the same thing.Where is everyone?

We had a little sun today, not much and is cold now again, in the 20's. Brought some broiled haddock home for the cats which they loved.

We watch Grace Point even though we watched the English version of it and the finale is next week in that and White Collar finishes up in 2 weeks I think and not sure if they said both the Mentalist and Castle finish up this month or not or only one of them. I know I read in the TV Guide that this is the final season for several of our favorite shows, bummer.

Doglover, judging from the number of people logged in, not that many posters are even here. I don't know why, they can tell us when they post, hint, hint!

My cold is worse and I was hoping it would be gone.

Glad you got out for food. Temps are dropping and we might get a little icy snow or rain later.

I did go to CVS and they adjusted the perfume tester shelves so you can actually try them! Anyone else who experience the same situation, check back, they may have fixed them. I put White Diamonds on one hand and Our Moment on the other. I can see where you would like White Diamonds and why I don't. On me it's too strong, even hrs later. I think it's one I might like if I smelled it on someone else, but it's too sharp or something on me. Similar cyphre feeling to Chanel No.5 which I also don't really like (and you do). Different chemistries!

Our Moment is another silly boy-band scent, however, it's not bad. Very sweet, fruity, sugary vanilla, which is my kind of scent. Not a must-have, but more how I thought Adrienne Landau perfume would smell than the actual juice did!

Six hours and a washing or 3 later, now White Diamonds smells nice. If it hits the bottom notes quickly on you, I can see why you like it. I just can't wait that long.

Desi, I think it does hit the bottom notes very quickly on me since within 10 or 15 minutes it is very light, very soft and just a soft floral with the slightest hint of musk. I also like Patti Labell Signature Woman which is just casablanca lily and forget if it is vanilla or musk but only 2 notes.

At the times when I am on there are never many on. 12 members and 13,871 guests are on right now it says.

heavy rains for Saturday than turning colder by evening and going down to the mid 20's.

Hi Desi and Doglover....I'm here, I'm here, just not posting. Busy, busy, busy...just can't catch up!! All is well!!!

I'm so mad at QVC right now.....it seems as soon as you order something they tie it up in "processing"....so you can't cancel, and then put it in "shipped", but it doesn't actually ship for days after they tie it up...so be careful...you can't order and then cancel the next day!!! It's really aggravating!! I have something ordered on 12/2---that won't arrived until 12/11. Says it is shipped, but it has not really!! ARRRGGG!!! Sooo, they lose, I just returned a bunch of stuff I was on the 'fence' about!!!

We had a great time Thanksgiving with DD and Ayden. He was overwhelmed. It was a little more crowded than it usually is for us. We only go on regular weekdays during non-summer/holiday periods. Next month we are going to "Animal Kingdom".

Happy Holidays to all!! Next weekend have to deal with a hotel ....DGD is graduating from FSU!!

Well, rainy and icky out but not snowing so I guess I will take it, but no walk.

Doglover, it's a good thing we have so many scent choices because of the way they act differently on everyone. Today my jacket reeks of White Diamonds and not much could be on it from one tiny spritz to the back of my hand.

Jan, howdy, glad you are okay and just busy. Nice that you had fun with Ayden, you are a cool GM!

Wow, college graduation already! Congrats to GD! The hotel stay might be fun, you never know.

I only went to one store hoping it wouldn't be busy. So much for that theory, took forever to park, never saw it so jammed! Will just go back during the week for anything I want to buy, not getting in those lines. Besides, still have the cold and I don't feel all shopppiny.

New Hallmark movie later.

Jan, good to see you back, stop lurking, lol. Glad you had such a good thanksgiving as well as Ayden. This will be much easier on all of you now I am sure, hope so anyway. Yes, do hate that, keeps saying in process and really isn't. I had something in process for a long time that got an e mail they couldn't get it any longer.

Desi, you can say that again. This ET WD is my most complimented scent ever and by all kinds of people even my doctors love it and one is getting it for his wife for Christmas, sure hope it smells as nice on her as it does on me since as you say, we are all so different. Yes, I don't have to spray it on myself every day if I wear the same top, good.

They don't show free shipping on the Boscov's site right now but got the same coupon, so it's like free shipping. How'd you find a coupon? Can't return in person, they aren't around here. not sure if there are any in the state at all.

Dover, my cuff still sports WD, may have to wash it, it's clashing with scents I want to smell.

This week's TV Guide says Castle will be on next year, and Mom isn't cancelled. Confused because I have read posts where people say they were.

Really cold out today. May rain or snow this week, hope not though.

Desi, As for Castle, it is up to him it says since his contract is or was up this year and it all depends on if he gets what he wants or if they think they can carry the show without him which I can't see since it is called Castle so, have to wait and see I guess.
