WOW! What a great product. I was reading the posts about Style "Seckcy" Hair Spray Clay and decided to try it. I have to say it's the best product I have found in a very long time. I spray a small amount after shampooing and blow dry. I use Toppik to fill in the area of thinning hair that I experienced after thyroid cancer treatment, and people have commented on my beautiful thick hair. I am really pleased with the recommendation of Spray Clay that I found here. Many thanks!

To those of you who have tried it, does it work on longer hair, like shoulder-length? I can see how it would work on short, spiky hair, but wondering about longer hair. Thanks in advance!!

I bought this at Ulta and tried it yesterday. I'm not sure what it's supposed to do. The spray comes out so strong that it messes up your hair. My hair was very gummy this morning and was hard to comb through. I'm probably not using it right so any tips from those of you using it would be helpful. The biggest deal killer for me is how it smells. It smells like highly-fragranced powder, and not good smelling powder either. When I used it yesterday, my daughter walked in about 5 minutes after I sprayed it and said "what's that nasty powder smell?" If I can get it to work for me, I'll have to see how long before the smell dissipates because that's not a scent that I want to smell like.

I bought mine online at Ulta and just checked to see which I have. It's the texturizing spray. I spray a small amount on wet hair and then blow dry and style with a curling brush. It takes just a few minutes. I have short, wavy, layered hair and this product is really great for me.

I purchased it a few days ago and I was also wondering how to use it. The can and the video both say to use it on dry hair. But do we spray it on like hairspray or do we lift up sections of hair and spray towards the roots. The can says spray ""into the hair""...whatever that means. I've kind of lifted sections of hair and sprayed towards the roots and I can say it does give texture and volume...I like the product.

I used what must've been the previous version (under the Short hair line) and loved it. My hair fell out and I'd never had short hair before. Once it was long enough to do something with and I went to get my hair done, she used this to give it volume and flip the ends. Basically, I'd spray it over my head, then "scrunch" up areas to give it volume. I was able to use it until my hair was medium length, then had to give it up. If I ever go for shorter hair again, I would definitely use it! This definitely saved me back then!

Their conditioner was real good too. I use WEN now and use Fig and Tea Tree, and have always needed conditioner that was very moisturizing. It was for colored hair and did a good job. I'm guessing it'd be the one for coarse hair now. I wish there was a "if you used ___ before, it's now called_____" on the site!
