Try plugging it into a different outlet. I poopooed that idea when mine stopped working and the Clairsonic CS suggested it, but it worked.

I've had the Clarisonic Mia for a couple of years, and today it needed charged. I attached the charger and saw that the light was blinking. An hour or so later there was no light and the thing is dead. I called their customer service and was offered a coupon for 25% off the purchase of a new one on their website. Bad time of the year to need a replacement! Oh well. It sure seems like it should have lasted longer than that.

That is why I won't buy another one. I, too, had one quit after a year and was sent a replacement. That also quit in a matter of months as yours did. I purchased the new Clinique sonic facial brush this summer and am very pleased. It cost about $80 and I feel it cleanses better than the Clarisonic did.

I had issues with mine and sometimes it would charge when I changed outlets. I called CS and we determined the handle was the problem. The handle can be replaced for $60. And they will give you a $25 off coupon so I bought a pack of brushes. I thought this was a great deal since the whole Mia kit was about $135.
