Has anyone tried using their code? I copy and pasted and even typed it in manually and it's telling me code is invalid...I'll call customer service later. I don't have time right now. Please let me know if your codes do work. Thanks

Apparently after the dash in the code...all characters are supposed to be in capital letters. I did that and it worked. I had to call customer service.

Same issue here. Mine is for 25% off and it it saying that my code is invalid.

I emailed customer service, but have not heard back yet.

Mine is for 20% so I'm not getting anything. I don't understand why they can't just give everyone the same amount off. For 20% off I can go elsewhere.

Check your email for another updated email from the company. Apparently they "goofed" yet again and the original codes or email info wasn't working.

I placed an order from that second email (I was able to copy and paste the code from it and the order form accepted the discount with no problem), but I really don't think I'll be ordering directly from philosophy anymore. Just too many errors and problems. I've had my credit card compromised after ordering from the site, errors that require much too much of my time trying to correct, and even ordering by phone I don't always get my order processed correctly. Since I'm down to only using a few of the body products now, I think I'll purchase them here on QVC when they have specials.

I have really tried to keep the faith with this company, but I just can't handle their ineptitude any longer.

Colliemom3 -- same issue for me...no e-mails. It's not a spam filter issue and I've tried calling (and e-mailing) them but they don't seem interested in helping. So, no orders from me!
