Need your recommendations for an eye cream or gel

I have used an eye cream ever since I was about 21 years old. That's a long time! I recently stopped using eye cream because it was an extra step and also because I wasn't happy with how it seemed to pill and was causing me to start getting milia.

Can someone recommend an eye cream or gel that really works for fine lines but is not heavy, greasy, pill or cause milia? I know -- that's a lot of ask for.

I'd prefer drug store but would consider department store.

Oh, it must be free of fragrance, as I have allergies and sensitive skin.

Oh, I didn't think the eye creams were doing much, but since I stopped using about a month a go, I can really tell the difference. I am getting more wrinkly under there. So, I definitely need one!

I really love Skinn's Stem Rejen Elite eye serum. It takes away my slight under eye crinkles. Unfortunately, I had to return this as it came in a kit that included a product I had an allergic reaction to.

After hearing Paula Begoun say she uses her Moisture Boost cream as her eye cream, I started using it too. I buy it when it is on sale.

Using it as an eye cream, it lasts a long long time.

I've tried a bunch of them, from drugstore to Dr. Denese and Mad Hippie Eye Cream works best for me. It has a superb ingredient deck that includes Haloxyl, Eyeliss, and Regu-age, which are loaded with peptides and address puffiness, darkess, and increasing collagen, in addition to moisture and antioxidant protection. Look them up and you'll see. For a full ingredient list, you can find that on the madhippie dot com website. If you decide to try the Mad Hippie Eye Cream, do some price shopping - eBay, Vitacost, iHerb, Amazon, etc.

AngelPuppy, I am very milia-prone and was told by my dermatologist that it's best to use an eye cream with retinol. I also avoid anything with oil.

Right now I'm using L'Oreal Revitalift. It doesn't work any miracles, but does a good job of keeping the area hydrated and for me, has not caused any new milia.

I have been using MD Complete Anti Aging eye cream and love it! I can actually see a difference under my eyes and crow's feet getting less noticeable. I got as part of a kit from their website, but I think some Target carry it as well.

Cerave Eye Cream...found in drug store. Great reviews.

Also, Bare Minerals...not the firming one(burned a bit) but the hydrating one. Nice.

I have been shopping around on-line as well. So many products. Sheesh --- your head starts spinning!

What about Boots eye creams --- anyone use them? I have had pretty good luck with some of their other products.

I appreciate all of these suggestions!!!

Also carried at Whole Foods & Roots if you don't want to wait for it to be mailed to you and the price difference doesn't matter to you.

I second Cerave. You can get it at WalGreens for BOGO 50% off. I like it but have oily skin and find it plenty moisturizing.

Oil of Olay has a eye gel. it is clear. actual gel. sell for $10.00. You can find it at all drugstores. Walmart. Krogers, etc. Used it for years.
