Sephora is one of the slowest sights ever. I dont go there often any more, but when I do it takes forever to check out, each page is agony. Why is their site so bad? I don't have problems with any other site but them, and skin store

I happened to wake up about 4:30 and just rolled over and placed my order. I tried earlier and the site was crashed. Go through Mr Rebates -- 12%!!!!!!!!!!

You must have been lucky enough to hit a healthy server. It's still showing down for me. I thought I'd be sneaky and download the mobile app but it's down too.

I've been hoarding a cart full for a couple of weeks now, but I never got my code in the mail or email. I may have to call, but with all this kerfluffle with the website I am sure their phones are slammed too.

I called the rep was able to help me since I had the item numbers. She said she could not view anything but with the item numbers available she could place my order.

I got my order in early this morning. You probably just need to catch it at an off time when not too many people are trying to access. I may go into the store today too just to pick up one more item.

I am not a VIB is that very important buyer? I saw the site for a moment and it has so great deals but I am not buying anything at this time. WHAT ARE YOU GETTING? So happy for those that are getting some great deals........seems like this is the sale of year to wait on each year. Excited to see what you are buying.
