I have never tried the Lavender Citrus but I love the Vanilla Fig. Waiting for mine to be super size to be delivered. It is a soft scent that does not interfere with any perfume that you may wear. Most importantly is that it really does hydrate. My skin is dry and wimpy moisturizers have no place in my bathroom. Another point is that it sinks into the sink quite quickly. I have found that Carol's Daughter takes some rubbing in to get it to sink in. The super size is in incredible value.

I have never tried Josie Maran Body Butter and I am wanting to take the plunge since it has so many great reviews. My dilemma is which scent to choose. Can you describe the Vanilla Fig Scent or the Lavender Citrus Scent? Which one do you like best? Thanks for helping me choose!

I love Josie's body butter, they are the best. I tried the vanilla fig and loved it so much I went back and ordered two more! The price for this extra large size was great and it was on ez pay. This is my new favorite scent. It is very soft, trace of vanilla without being sweet and I do not know how to describe the fig but it is a beautiful combination, something you might find in a spa. I have not tried the lavender one as I don't care too much for her citrus one. I also ordered her extra large one in the unscented as she said it can be used on your face as well. I used this the past few nights, all over my face (you just need a little) and all over my chest and neck. WOW! fantastic. Better than the oil.

They are nice--I hated the scent with citrus note. Others are ok. I do LOVE love love the Perlier 50 percent SHEA HONEY MIEL anti aging body cream. Unbelievably good, and from hsn.

I have both- I think the lavander citrus smells ok at first but after the dry down it smells really off. Kind of a musty smell to me. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was my clothing or something, couldn't figure it out for the longest time. Then it happened again and I realized it was the body butter. I just purchased the HUGE vat of the Vanilla fig and really like it. It is on the sweet side I would say. I LOVE THE BODY BUTTER itself, really good. If you are on the fence maybe go with the unscented- you can alway add some yummy smelling oil to it. I would stay away from the lavendar citrus for sure.
