The loose shade names do not match the ready shade names at all. Really look at the description to check for pink/yellow undertones so you get a good match! I wear Fairly Medium in original, and I have Medium in Ready and it's even lighter than Fairly Medium, it makes me look very pale if I wear it. I was actually color matched at Ulta in Ready as Medium Beige which works pretty well because it blends well, but I have pink undertones so I wouldn't normally go for Medium Beige.
