Avon Makeup Now Made in China, Too?

Today I was trying to compare an Avon brand blush I bought recently to supposedly the same color posted on their website. It looked so much better and different on the website.

Anyway, I flipped over the compact to view the color name and there it was...Made in China. I wasn't aware that they had started to manufacture in China. I tossed the Avon Ideal Luminous Blush. It was the only makeup I had from Avon. I'm just surprised it isn't USA made anymore.

You just wasted your money. Once you buy it , they don't care if you throw it away.They already got paid for it.Nothing to them if you don't wear it.

Better to ask for a refund. Just to alert them that many of us prefer USA products.

Becki, the blush simply says "Made in China". I will assume it is the product inside that is made in China.

Well, just went through all the rest of my makeup and skincare items. I had one other Made in China Avon product. It's called Smooth Minerals Pressed Foundation. I tossed that, too.

Side note that the rest of my Avon stuff...nail polish, a couple of lipglosses and some eyeshadow sticks, were made in USA (lipgloss and nail polish) and Germany (eyeshadow sticks).
