Need a recommendation for shower gel

I am looking for a shower gel with good-for-you ingredients that comes in a large (32oz +) container. I have tried the alba bontanica shower gels and don't really like them. My main beef is that they slide off your skin when you are trying to shave. Any recommendations for a very emollient shower gel? Thanks!!!

Have you thought of any of the Dove soaps? When I run out, if I ever do, I am thinking of going back to Dove soap. I am really tired of looking at those 32 oz kegs in my shower.

Korres shower gels are made from natural ingredients including their scents. They leave your skin feeling clean and extremely soft and moisturize. I have tried many others and Korres is all that I use now, it is the best IMO. I do not think it comes in 32 oz. however they do have a 4 pack. It only takes a small amount compared to others so it lasts a long time.

I agree! A squirt the size of a quarter covers your entire body. HSN has some great deals on multiples. And they're guy friendly too. My boyfriend just announced that the fig is his favorite. I like the lemon-basil myself.

Try your local whole foods market. I picket up avalon organics lavender shower gel

At target i got the herbal essences Honey shower gel and its a real big bottle. Used it today and scent is nice and mild

Ditto. Guave is my favorite. IMO, it sudses (?) up the best when used with those nylon net things you can get anywhere for about a dollar.

I love Korres shower gels too, they're really nice and leave your skin moisturized. I highly recommend them.

I currently buy most of my body products from the body shop. They are good products for the money and I buy them when they are on sale.

I've been using both Nuance Prickly Pear and Korres Cassis & Fig body washes for several years.

I have heard many great reviews for Dove's Deep Moisture Nourishing body wash. Enough that I'm going to try this when my others run out. You sure can't beat the price.

May not be able to beat the price, but you sure can beat tie ingredients used in Dove. Look up DMDM Hydantoin. Unilever is notorious for using this chemical as a preservative.

I find Korres shower gels very hydrating (although I don't shave with them). I'm also really liking Ivory body wash and for $3 and change for a huge bottle, you can' beat the price.

My favorite is Korres, it's very hydrating. They all smell really good to me, so I can't pick a favorite.

My dermatologist says these are the best. I like to use the ones from BBW, just because I like the way they smell. But the scent doesn't really last THAT long on my body! It makes me feel good while I'm washing, but I know Dove is better for me.

When DS was a toddler he had eczema. His pediatrician told us to use Dove liquid soap. He used that until he became a "cool teenage boy" and started using AXE!

What about trying Dr. Bronner's soaps and shower gels? They sell them at Whole Foods and many health food stores.

I love Korres as well but let's just think about money going down the drain. I now buy Aveeno shower gel and they also have an exfoliating scrub. It lathers well and does not dry out my skin. Smells good as we'll.

I find dr bronner's to be drying when used more than every once in awhile. I also vote for the korres. It takes very little and my skin feels very soft after.
