turbo booster C powder- WOW!

I know this product has been around a long time, but I just got around to trying it. I have been using it for about three weeks. My skin is looking so much better, brighter, and evenly toned. My husband commented how nice my skin is and my 10 year old son said, "Mom, you used to have little brown things on your face but it looks a lot better now"! I have not even been wearing foundation the past two weeks. The best $35 beauty buy around! I have been mixing it with various serums and moisturizers.

I've never tried the turbo booster C powder but I'm glad you are enjoying it. I use a lot of Philosophy skincare. How nice that your husband and son noticed.

Oh yes, great stuff! Also use the Save Me retinol at night....great products, great results! My daughter has noticed how good my skin looks (I'm 63), I have noticed how good my skin looks....my husband, well.....Um. That might take some work.

Thanks for the info about this product! I'd love to try it...but I'm scared because products with vitamin c make me break out. I'm wondering since this is powder if it won't. Wondering if any breakout prone ladies (or men) can use this without issues?

I never broke out and I used it for quite a few years. However, I started noticing a dark spot developing under one eye and switched to Paula's Choice Vit C when it came out last year. The spot is now gone. I don't know if my skin just needed a different product or if the powder just wasn't strong enough for my aging skin. It was nice while it worked because it was very economical.

In my opinion, this is one of the very best Philosophy skin care products. It is sort of an unsung hero. I think the company should advertise this more. When it first came out, it was ahead of its time. After many years in the Philosophy line-up, I still think the powder form makes it one of the absolute best vitamin C products on the market.

It comes with a small measuring spoon; says to use whole scoop or half. I picked it up yesterday and used it last night and this morning mixed with my WHINE serum.

I just ordered it from Nordstrom based on your glowing recs! Free shipping and 10% off....I can't use any of Philosophy's skincare line due to it causing milia all over my face; I now do have a night cream that I can use so am hoping I can mix the turbo boost with it and get the benefits without the problems I don't want.

Yes, the turbo boost c powder rocks! I used it a long time ago and then stopped for some reason to try other products. When I came back for it, it was gone and so I tried an organic topical vitamin C powder I found online. It was a steal for about 4 oz but it wasn't milled as fine as the Philosophy one and I didn't notice any results. It melted in serums fine but not lotions and creams. Anyway, I finally broke down and bought the C powder from philosophy.com a few months ago (I had a 30% off promo code) and I love it all over again!

I used this product for years and years. Like a previous poster stated, it is the unsung hero of the Philosophy line. My skin has serious pigmentation, some due to advancing age but mostly due to sun worship when I was young. While I was using Booster, the sun spots lightened up considerably, although did not disappear completely. And for some reason, I stopped using Booster and now those spots have returned. I have used other Vit C products but they all cause irritation and you reminded me to return to Booster. BTW, did you know that you can buy Vit C in powder form? I had a recipe for a Vit C serum using Ascorbic acid, glycerin, and water. But I found that the ascorbic acid did not dissolve well no matter what I did and stopped making it.
